BLOG Questions
Here I will answer some of the questions I am often asked by people who do not BLOG and have questions concerning my BLOGS.
1. What is a BLOG? A blog is whatever you want it to be. Some use it as a personal journal, a place to track their family vacations and photos, crafts, photography etc. Some, like myself use blogging for ministry purposes. Others use it for business. It is really up to you.
A blog can be private where you select certain individuals to read your blog OR you can leave it public in which case anyone on the world wide net can access your blog and read what you've written.
I will caution you to be careful not to note your address or other personal pertinent information about yourself or loved ones if you leave your blog public.
2. How can I start a BLOG?
You can either use wordpress.com, typepad.com or blogger.com. I prefer www.blogger.com because of the options available to me. Some blogs are fee based.
If you choose blogger.com you simply go to www.blogger.com and follow the very easy instructions to begin your first blog. It's free.
If you'd like to have your blog personalized I highly recommend Edie from Rich Graphics Graphics & Blog Designs: richgift.blogspot.com/ Edie does an outstanding job and is led by the LORD in what she does.
3. Comments: I often receive Emails from men and women who read my blogs but do not blog themselves. You can feel free to Email me or you can leave a comment directly on the blog by clicking on the word "comments" at the end of the post. The post is the actual message written.
Once you click on comments you can write your comment and then click on Comment as (Select profile). There you can choose to click Name or Anonymous to leave a message. If you do have a BLOG then you can select one of the other selections like Google, Wordpress or Typepad.
