Ladies Prayer & Share Group
Matthew 18:19-20 "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them."
Do you sense the urgency for more PRAYER in your personal life? More prayer for families, marriages, children, grand children, loved ones, the lost and hurting and for the nation? Do you desire to grow in your own personal prayer time with GOD? Do you desire fellowship (outside the 4 walls of the church) with other Christian women?
Many in the body of Christ in America have grown further away from prayer. We need more personal prayer time and more intercession for others. Many people are bored or frustrated in their prayer life. Several say, "Lisa, I don't feel anything when I pray" or "I don't have time to set aside to pray". Some pray only at church service or bible studies. Still others pray when hell rises up and because they have not cultivated a prayer-relationship with GOD they often find themselves withdrawing from prayer and going to others to pray for them. Intercession is powerful but GOD wants to hear from each of us individually as well.
I have found over the years of praying and teaching on prayer that there is often a lack of understanding of the purpose and power of prayer and in some instances a lack of humility and reverence for the divine privilege afforded to us by GOD to pray.
It breaks my heart to see a Christian who loves GOD but does not really have an active prayer life. As one who lived a very ordinary and at times dry prayer life from my childhood into my late twenties until I cried out to GOD through the power of the Holy Spirit and realized that there was SO much more to prayer than what I had even been taught in the 'church' or discovered on my own. I had to get hungry and desperate for the Presence and Peace of God and that's when I discovered a very powerful and purposed prayer life. I have since that time helped others through the Holy Spirit's leadership to grow in their prayer life and have enjoyed the privilege of a strong and ever growing personal prayer life of my own.
We need more of JESUS and at His feet is the key in prayer. As Christians we have to get back to the business of serious PRAYER -- deeper relationship with the LORD and I'd like to join hands and hearts with you in PRAYER.
If you're a woman who agrees with me on going deeper in the LORD in prayer and you live in Florida then you are invited to a group beginning January 2010to pray. This is a place of prayer where things are done decent and in order. There's no out of order behavior, intimidation or anyone forced to pray a specific way. This is a place where ABBA Father is glorified, the name of Jesus is reverenced and lifted up and the Holy Spirit's leadership is present. It's a place for ladies to come together and do what we love to do: pray, talk, share, cry, laugh and just connect!
The Ladies prayer group will be once or twice per month. It doesn't matter what church you belong to (denomination or non denomination, house church or no church), if you LOVE JESUS and acknowledge HIM as the Son of GOD, your Lord and Savior and you're a woman over 18 and you hunger to grow more in your prayer life then you are welcome to come. If you have a friend that doesn't know the Lord and is curious she is welcome too!

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him."
John 14:6-7
Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.
Psalm 25:4-5
